Youth hunters participating in CCOYA’s annual Youth Doe Hunt donated five of their harvested deer to Hunters Sharing the Harvest, a statewide program that supplies venison to food banks and families in need. The meat from this year’s hunt will be distributed through the Cameron County Food Pantry, continuing the program’s tradition of giving back to the local community.
