Beautiful weather greeted the community Monday, Sept. 7, as the completed Lumber Township Honor Roll was dedicated at the Little Museum in Sterling Run. The memorial honors the men and women of the community who have served, are currently serving or will serve in the United States Armed Forces. Those who spoke during the dedication shared heartfelt messages about the importance of honoring local veterans and remembering the sacrifices made in service to our country. A strong community turnout helped make the Labor Day dedication a special and meaningful occasion.
