Kay Ramsey of Emporium, pictured with her brother Evan and parents Rhonda and Garrett, will participate in the 2025 North Central Pennsylvania Walk for Apraxia on September 7 in St. Marys. Diagnosed as a toddler with childhood apraxia of speech, Kay has made remarkable progress and now walks to raise awareness—and help give every child a voice.
